I didn't start Texas Dealer Launch because I wanted to become a consultant.

I started it because I experienced firsthand how confusing and time-consuming the Texas dealer licensing and compliance process can be. After building and operating a licensed Texas dealership, navigating regulatory requirements, and later helping another dealer through a complex license renewal involving updated Certificate of Occupancy requirements, office modifications, permits, and compliance documentation, I realized many dealers weren't struggling because they lacked motivation, they simply didn't know what had changed or where to start.

 

Texas Dealer Launch exists to simplify that process and help dealerships launch, renew, and remain compliant with confidence.
